Best Movies of the Year (2024). I just finished the first episode. This could have been really terrible, but it’s not. It’s always challenging to translate inner thoughts, fears, doubts, and inner reactions to things like visions! The dubbing is pretty good in English, but I switched to Spanish with English subtitles and felt more comfortable. I’m glad they spend their time at the table because it’s important to set the scene and even then it feels a bit rushed, but by episode sixteen I’m living with it. I’ve read the book three times in my life and it’s good. No expense has been spared in terms of locations and settings, and it helps to create the atmosphere. I’m looking forward to the questionable ethnic issues! No censorship please!
